Fees are based upon the amount of time
required to accomplish the tasks involved. However, other
aspects of the matter and the responsibility entrusted
to us are also considered.
If the matter is a personal injury or property damage
claim, many of our clients elect to retain us on a contingent
fee basis. This means that our fee is calculated upon
a percentage of money recovered, in addition to disbursements
made on the client's behalf.
Contingent fee rates are regulated by the New Jersey Supreme
Court.

located in Clinton Township only a few miles south of
Interstate Route 78, on the northbound side of Route 31.
